• The PANORAMA PLZEŇ project represents a unique housing for many reasons. These are modern flats of different areas and layouts. The advantage is perfect accessibility to the city centre and at the same time quiet living connected with soothing greenery. It is possible to highlight the possibility of indoor parking space, the use of concierge service, a magnificent view from the upper floors of the building. This attractive location is connected to the existing urban structure of the city district and its transport and engineering infrastructure. The Panorama Plzeň residential complex is situated between Stehlíkova and Nemocniční streets, i.e. in close proximity to the city centre. • The construction area is located in the cadastral area of Bratislava - Petržalka, south of Panónská cesta and north of the newly constructed zone C1. The work is a continuation of the construction of the Južné mesto - zone B1 project. Together with two more apartment buildings, it will form the second line of the apartment zone from Panónská cesta.
