Extended single-wall roof outlets for non-insulated roofs TOPWET TWJ BZ

The TOPWET TWJ BZ is a single-wall roof outlet with an integrated waterproofing sleeve, designed for non-insulated structures, gutters, or refurbishment applications where it is necessary to insert the roof outlet into a pipe or opening up to the neck. Compared to the standard TWJ roof outlet design, the TWJ BZ roof outlets have a lower drainage capacity. The standard length of the TWJ BZ roof outlet is 400 mm. On request, the length can be extended up to 1,000 mm. The product is manufactured in dimensions DN 50 – DN 125. The roof outlets are suitable for new construction as well as for renovation of older buildings.

Materials

The roof outlet base is made of polyamide PA6, the leaf guard (for capturing debris and preventing pipe blockage) is made of polyamide PA6, and the pipe is made of PVC.

Integrated Waterproofing Sleeve

Unlike competing products that require screw connections, the roof outlet is supplied as one single unit. This significantly speeds up installation and, above all, prevents common installation errors that could lead to water ingress into the roof structure. The roof outlet is supplied with a sleeve compatible with the roof waterproofing system.

Watertightness

Thanks to the integrated sleeve, we guarantee the watertightness of the roof outlet. We are so confident in this solution that we provide a 5-year warranty.

Fast Delivery and Installation

From order confirmation, delivery to the installation site takes up to three days. Thanks to the integrated sleeve, installation is quick and easy — after unpacking, the roof outlet only needs to be placed into the installation opening, anchored, and the sleeve welded.

Easy Maintenance

The removable leaf guard allows for easy cleaning and maintenance. As the entire roof outlet does not need to be dismantled, there is no risk of reassembly errors that could cause water leakage into the roof composition.

Custom Manufacturing Option

For narrow gutters or corner installations, we are able to manufacture custom roof outlets. The rigid part of the roof outlet (standard size 250 × 250 mm), on which the sleeve is integrated, can be reduced to a minimum of 30 mm from the pipe wall. For example, for a DN 110 roof outlet, it is possible to achieve rigid base dimensions of 170 × 170 mm.

Universal Solution

This is a versatile product that is compatible with various vertical downpipe diameters. Thanks to the single-wall design, the roof outlet can also be inserted into an existing roof outlet, gutter, or pipe up to the neck, which significantly simplifies demanding refurbishment projects. The roof outlet can also be fitted with a TW SAN TES refurbishment seal of the appropriate diameter. For this reason, the product is suitable for new construction as well as for renovation of older buildings.
