When ordering up to 15.000 CZK excluding VAT, a shipping and packing fee of 200 CZK is charged. In the case of an oversized shipment (e.g. atypical extension adjustment at a remediation drain), the shipping price may vary.
Conditions for the return or exchange of the goods taken away
Return of goods (credit note) or exchange of goods taken away can be carried out only under the following conditions:
- the return request has been sent in writing, including a copy of the delivery note or invoice (e-mail, fax, etc.)
- a handling fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods will be charged
- in case of exchange for goods of the same or higher value, a handling fee of 10% of the value of the returned goods will be charged
- the consent of the authorized person is required to return
- Returns are only possible within 2 months from the date of collection
- this is not an atypical product (custom production, extended pipes, other cuff insulation, etc.)
- the customer, after the consent of the authorized person, delivered the returned goods at his own expense to the registered office of TOPWET s.r.o.
- the goods were returned undamaged and in the original packaging, in case of damage to the package there will be a fee for destruction of the package in the amount of 50 CZK/pc
- the maturity of the credit note is 30 days
According to the law on sales registration, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, then no later than 48 hours.
